Recently, The New York Times launched the first website aimed at a national audience outside the United States. The site, India Ink, is off to a fast start – breaking news, offering a platform to top Indian writers and thinkers and leading the web's most interesting conversation about how India is changing.
* Heather Timmons, the site's Delhi-based chief blogger, will be joining us via teleconference.
* Jim Schachter, the associate managing editor who helped get the site started, will be here in person anbd will explain how India Ink works and how it fits into The Times's global strategy – and, more important, field your questions and suggestions.
