SAJA-NYC: Reception for Pakistani/Pakistani-American Journalists

The South Asian Journalists Association is committed to promoting accurate coverage of South Asia, including that of Pakistan--which seems to make headlines every day. One of our goals is to engage more Pakistani-American journalists to get involved with SAJA and recognize/promote their work.

To that end, we'd like to invite Pakistani and Pakistani-American journalists to an informal "friend-raiser" and brainstorming cocktail session on Tuesday, April 10, at the Coffee House Club. Join us over light appetizers and drinks to discuss what you think about SAJA now, what SAJA could do to get more Pakistanis involved and invested in the organization, the kinds of events and resources you'd like to see, and more.
