HBO is hiring two production assistants in Creative Services. Please note this is an entry-level position and local applicants are preferred.

Responsible for supporting the Creative Services staff in all aspects of production which includes: writing, producing and developing concepts for a variety of promotional and brand marketing assignments.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist writer/producers on shoots and promotional campaigns.
• Work independently; write, produce and develop concepts on a variety of projects.
• Cover edit, voiceover, post audio and graphic sessions.
• Conduct research, screen/log footage and search for music.
• Finalize promotion, completing all tasks in relation to trafficking materials to their final destination.
REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to juggle multiple projects through all phases of production with strong organizational skills required.
• Must be familiar with a post-production studio environment, able to supervise audio and mix sessions as well as direct announcers.
• Must be available for last-minute revisions and work overtime.
• Must be Avid proficient.
• Candidate must possess a broad knowledge of current production and post-production techniques.
• Candidate must be able to generate compelling, innovative promotional concepts.
• Effective interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills (written and oral), good judgment and the ability to interact with different levels of management and teams.
