V. Raman Narayanan is a South Asian native of Malaysia. He is Editor of Atlanta and the World, a newly-launched weekly section published by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Prior to the AJC, Raman was an Editor/Senior Writer for CNN International before the then AJC Editor-in-Chief brought him aboard with an offer "that hit my pulse points", Raman said.
