    Hi Friends,

On 21st May 2011, we have launch of BEN (Bihar Entrepreneur Network) via 1st conference and at Bodh Gaya on 21st and 22nd May. Venue is a very beautiful/scenic resort called "Sambodhi Retreat". Panels include, Energy, Education,Healthcare, Entrepreneurship, Agri-business, Governance and more. Attendees include 150+, motley mix of "social entrepreneurs, VCs, students, professors, government and professionals.

My India # will be +919873759390. I am in Delhi this week before going to Patna and then Bodh Gaya. Occasion is historic because in the same week,  2600 years ago, a young man, "Siddhartha Gautam",  found enlightenment at the same place and changed the world for better. We know him as Lord Buddha.

Timing is also right because in last few years, Bihar has been waking up from decades and centuries of slumber and has emerged as the 2nd fastest growing economy in India and has been creating new benchmarks in "Good Governance", "Inclusive Growth" and grass-root level innovation. Now the need of hours is to create an eco-system and platform for "job creation". To plug this gap, we have created an org called BEN and this event will be the formal launch of BEN.
