The Atlantic is looking for a creative marketer, hands-on executor, and customer advocate to join the Consumer Strategy and Growth team as an Engagement Associate. This person will be responsible for building the experiences and executing the strategies that create deep and lasting relationships with our customers, increase lifetime value, and cull data and insights for improved retention. The role is highly collaborative, partnering with Product and Engineering, Data Science, Live events, Editorial, Audience, and Customer Care to drive the business forward.
Candidates should have a keen interest in driving engagement across digital channels, including on-site, email, and performance marketing (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn). Additionally, they should have an entrepreneurial spirit, adept organizational skills, and impeccable attention to detail. The role will report to our Subscriber Engagement Lead.
