    Lumoid is looking for an Editor who will head our new editorial website on photography, photo gear, and the world of gadgets, as well as ensure that we have a unique brand voice across different marketing channels. 

    This is a full-time position and the Editor will be responsible for: 
    1. Compile and publish editorial content by working with our team of freelance writers. 
    2. Develop story ideas, write headlines and evaluate stories for accuracy, fairness and completeness. 
    3. Create photo galleries and photo essays for the editorial website. 
    4. Owning and executing social media content across our various channels. 
    5. Content creation for email newsletters - develop content strategy for ongoing email newsletters to Lumoid customers. 
    6. Website content - create website editorial content as well as product content as we add new products and services to Lumoid. 

    Skills 
    1. Degree - Bachelor's or Advances Degree in marketing, advertising, communications or English.
    2. Prior experience in a copywriting or editorial position in the world of photography and/or larger consumer electronics market preferred. 
    3. Demonstrable experience in developing copy and content for a variety of formats
    4. Experience in the world of photography and/or larger consumer electronics market preferred. 
    5. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup - especially ability to juggle multiple priorities and ability to adapt to constantly shifting and growing needs of Lumoid customers.
